How many times can you wear a sweater in a row without washing it.. seriously? Because basically I’ve been living in this oversized cut out sweater since I purchased it. I can’t take it off!

Hi friends, happy mid week! It has been legit cold here this past week, tons of rain, which is really great actually, California needs it. So, what better time to break out all the cozy knits and OTK boots? This creamy white off the shoulder sweater is super soft, easy to wear and perfect for the chill. I paired it with grey denim and my go with everything over the knee boots. Sharing my favorite off the shoulder knits below.
This is a look that easily goes from day to night. I’ve been wearing these wood block boots for a while now, they’re so easy to get around in but add that little bit of polish, and a little bit of contrast to an otherwise all neutral look. Same with this off the shoulder, the perfect color to pair with so many different options. I’m trying really hard though to not go out and buy lots of sweaters, because let’s get real, this cold snap is sort of a fluke and will probably be gone by the time I’m done writing this post!
Hope you’re having a great week and thanks for tuning in,
And away we go! California has been getting hit hard with tons of rain and snow in the high country these past few weeks. My husband was kind enough to get me a weekend away (sans kids and husband) for a recent birthday, to Mammoth Mountain. I hadn’t been in the mountains for the past two years or snowboarding for the past four years, but as soon as I stepped off the plane and into this snow filled winter wonderland, I was back into my Colorado element.
Happy 2017! First post of the year. I had planned to get on a schedule to post more regularly but shocker, that hasn’t happened just yet! We spent the first couple of days in the new year hanging as a family down at the bay and beach. It was so nice having the kids on break, no need to think about packing lunches, early bed time, getting homework done etc.. We mainly just hung out locally this holiday break, with the exception of a quick trip to Nevada to see family.
